Dress comfortably for your treatments. Please leave jewelry and valuables at home. • • • Please Be Couteous The spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect other guests' right to privacy and quiet by turning off all cell phones. • • • Children For the comfort of other guests, we respectfully request that children not accompany you to the spa unless they are also receiving services. • • • Check-In To fully enjoy your scheduled services, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time. As a courtesy to the next scheduled guest, your treatment will end on time. • • • Products Most products used in our treatments are available for purchase in our retail areas as well as on-line for easy home delivery at: • • • Group Parties We are available for group parties such as bridal and baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, pre-prom get-togethers and more. Please give 2 - 3 weeks notice for optimal availabilities. 18% gratuity is included for groups of 6 or more. If at any time during your service you are not comfortable with the pressure of the massage or volume of music, etc., please let your therapist know. We want to make your experience the best possible. • • • Gratuity Our staff is always grateful for the appreciation that your gratuity symbolizes. Gratuity is not included in the price of our services unless otherwise stated. • • • Referral Credits We appreciate the extension of your trust in us to your friends and family. When you refer any new client for a fifty-minute spa service to our spa you will receive $10.00 off any fifty-minute spa service and/or Nurturing Touch Spa products of your choice!
